The primary purpose of NST is to help fulfill the Great Commission in a target area by winning,
building, sending Christ-centered multiplying disciples, and in the process train a New Staff.
This is a course description - a place to shed some light on what your course is all about! And don't worry about the number of students here - for now it's just a random value...:)
A movement is only as strong as its leader and its ability to reproduce its leadership. Training provides the foundation for building leaders. NST must play a critical role in accomplishing our mission of building movements in the years ahead.
Training Team
1. Successful movement-building experience as a Team
2. Understands and applies Building Movement principles
Trainer
Heart and competency to develop staff members
Target Area
1. Hosts the entire Training team (Team Leader, Staff, Trainers and Trainees).
2. Provides opportunities for immediate application of the knowledge acquired.
Curriculum
1. Balances knowledge and careful, immediate application of that knowledge.
2. Equips the trainees with the vision and skills to build a movement.
