Welcome to New Staff Training

We are thrilled that you have followed God’s call on your life to help fulfill the Great Commission (Matthew 28:18-20) through this international movement. 
The primary purpose of NST is to help fulfill the Great Commission in a target area (or a scope) and in that context, train you in the skills necessary to make Christ-centered multiplying disciples. 

This training will be a challenging time, a stretching time and a hopeful time 
as you see God work in and through your life to produce...
-a growing love for God and love for others
-an increasing wisdom as steward
-a growing number of people won to Christ, built in the faith, and sent to the mission field. 

May you embrace the process as God is shaping your character and pulling you closer to Him, 
in the context of making disciples in a target area. 

Good news! You are not alone in this process. 
You have housemates to pray and grow with; teammates to reach a target area with. 
You have a trainer to model and to mentor heart and movement skills. 
You have the Cru leadership and Cru community to provide organizational support. 
Each will have a unique contribution in equipping you to a lifelong of walking with God and helping fulfill the Great Commission.
